The ritual

Enjoy your nightly personal
turn-down service.

Reset & restore your mind and spine.

Sixty seconds gets you the health check. Ten minutes gets you the full turn-down service.

Like brushing. Thirty seconds beats nothing. Two minutes is the real thing. Flossing takes longer, but you’ll be happier.

01 Lying back on the RESET pillow.

Rest & Relax

Choose your temperature, your binaural beats, and your own spinal support.

02 Resting on the RESET pillow.

Restore & Rejuvenate

Ten minutes with everything switched off. Breathe. Let the day go.

03 Sleeping on one side on the RESET pillow.

Reset & Recover

Turn gently to your side, and have one of the best nights of sleep you have ever had.

Optional

Ten minutes, guided.

Slow breathing, paced to you, that learns what settles you. Entirely optional — and it works just as well in silence.

Life is easier when you feel refreshed to face the digital day — and reset by night.

The evidence

Studies show the benefits of
adjustable spinal support.

Resting on the back, head and neck supported.
Your neck

Off your feet. Off your spine.

Lying down takes most of the load off. It is the cheapest thing you can do for your neck — and the hardest to stay still for.

Pressure inside a spinal disc measures 0.10 MPa lying down against 0.46 MPa sitting — a reduction of roughly four fifths. Wilke, Neef, Caimi, Hoogland & Claes, Spine 1999;24(8):755–762. Design rendering.

Resting face-up, the face free of the pillow surface.
Your face

Nothing touching your face.

Eight hours a night, one side of your face pressed into fabric. Back-sleeping is the only position that skips it entirely.

Dermatologists call the result sleep lines — Anson, Kane & Lambros, Aesthetic Surgery Journal 2016;36(8):931. We are not telling you a pillow changes how you look. Design rendering.

Inside

Four things you will love
to feel in our modular pillow.

01

Custom adjustable head
and neck support.

Set to you once. It holds that shape, night after night.

Covered by US Patent 8,898,840.
Resting on the back, head and neck fully supported.
02

Adjustable pillow firmness.

Dial it to you. Set it once and forget it.

The RESET pillow, showing the adjustment control on the outer shell.
03

Thermal regulation.

Warm or cool. A slim insert sits behind your neck — most people pick one and never change it.

Changing skin temperature by 0.4 °C roughly doubled deep sleep in older adults, and cut early-morning waking from 58% to 4%. Raymann, Swaab & Van Someren, Brain 2008;131(2):500–513.
Sleeping on one side at night.
04

Vibro-acoustic
sound therapy.

Sound vibrations enter the body at varying frequencies. When they resonate with the nervous system the effect can be deeply calming. The person beside you hears nothing.

Resting with the acoustic module beside the head.

You may notice we never show you the inside. That is deliberate. The engineering took years and a patent, and we would rather not hand it to anyone. And a pillow you can feel the workings of is a pillow you will not sleep on. Everything structural is buried. What touches you is fabric and foam.

What touches you

The cover is not an
afterthought. It is the point.

Everything structural is buried. The only part of this pillow you ever actually feel is the fabric — so we spent as long on it as we did on the frame.

FABRIC-01The two covers side by side — the cool summer knit and the warmer winter weave. Close, raking light, texture visible. Nothing else in frame.
Summer

The cool side.

A dense, smooth performance knit that pulls heat away the instant your head lands on it. This is the reason people flip a pillow over — we just made that side permanent.

  • High contact-cooling
  • Moisture wicking
  • Machine washable
Winter

The warm side.

A wool-rich weave that holds a steady, even warmth and buffers humidity instead of trapping it. Naturally odour-resistant — because of the fibre, not a chemical added to it.

  • Naturally odour-resistant
  • Humidity buffering
  • Machine washable

Two covers. One on, one in the wash.
Change it with the season, like a good bed.

The finest beds in the world have been built with a winter side and a summer side for a century — wool and alpaca one way, linen and cotton the other. It is standard on yacht berths, where a bed has to work in the Caribbean in February and the Mediterranean in August. Almost nobody has done it for a pillow. We have no antimicrobial treatment in our fabric, and that is deliberate. Odour resistance here is a property of the fibre itself, which means we can tell you about it honestly and you are not sleeping on a pesticide.

A well-used toothbrush in a single warm light.
The idea

Spinal hygiene.

Spinal hygiene is becoming as big as oral hygiene in the digital age.

— Dr. Mike Majette, Founder

Then

Sugar arrived.

Almost everyone got cavities. Nobody gave up sugar. A toothbrush fixed it — two minutes a day.

Now

Screens arrived.

Nine hours a day, head down. Nobody is giving that up either. So the fix has to be something you already do — every single night.

You brush your teeth every night.
Now do the same for your neck.

Honesty

We graded our own
science. Every claim.

Including the ones that came back weak. Most companies would hide those. They are below.

Read every grade — including the ones that argue against us

Age-related hyperkyphosis has real health consequences Strong prognostic evidence in adults over 65. Weaker as an independent cause.

Moderate

Sedentary time and screen exposure are associated with population-level harm Over one million subjects — but the association fully attenuates in physically active people.

Moderate

Pillow design produces clinical benefit Pooled effect sits below the minimum clinically important difference. The largest measured effect is satisfaction, not outcome.

Low

Supervised in-clinic cervical traction changes cervical curvature Reported changes are close to the measurement error of the method itself.

Low

Forward head posture causes neck pain The only prospective study found no effect in men, and a protective association in women.

Very low

Pillow design improves sleep quality Pooled result is statistically null.

Very low

Passive nightly cervical positioning does anything No trial of any design has ever been run. This is the gap our own studies are built to close.

Very low

Home conservative care fails because people stop doing it Documented across traction, exercise and bracing protocols. This is the claim that survives — and the one RESET is built against.

Every treatment for the neck asks you to keep doing something.
Almost nobody does.

RESET asks nothing of you. You lie down. That is the whole thing.

Study one

How long do people stay on their back?

Nobody has ever measured it. We are. 30 people, at home, measured properly.

Study two

Who is still using it after 90 days?

Everything else gets abandoned. We think this will not be. 50 people, counted honestly.

Both studies are registered publicly before they start, so we cannot hide a bad result. If it does not work, we will say so.

For practitioners

Fitted, not sold.

Chiropractors, physical therapists and dentists fit RESET in practice, on a written record.

01A two-page screening record.
02A supervised ten-minute trial.
03The frame set to the patient, not an average.
04Follow-up at thirty, sixty, ninety days.

Practitioners get the platform: screening records, an outcomes dashboard, follow-up scheduling at thirty, sixty and ninety days, and a listing in our find-a-provider directory.

Request the fitting protocol

Safety

Not for everyone.

Every RESET ships against a completed screening record. The fitting exists to find out before the pillow goes home.

Who should not use a positional device
Recent cervical spine surgery or fusion
Known cervical instability
Vertebral artery insufficiency or a history of dissection
Acute fracture or suspected fracture
Inflammatory arthropathy affecting the cervical spine
Active infection or malignancy involving the spine
Progressive neurological symptoms of any kind
Severe osteoporosis
Anticoagulation with a fall or bleeding history
Pregnancy in the third trimester
Known untreated moderate or severe sleep apnoea
Decompensated heart failure, or breathlessness lying flat
Sedatives, opioids or alcohol that evening

This list is not exhaustive and is not a substitute for an examination. If any of these apply, or you are unsure, be screened by a clinician before you use the product — not after. A supervised ten-minute trial is part of every fitting, and it has stop conditions written into it.

Where this came from

Four questions nobody asks you.

How do you sleep — back, side, front?

What do you sleep on?

How long have you had it?

Has anyone ever looked at your neck, then at your pillow?

You spend a third of your life on one surface. Almost no clinician will ever ask you about it.

DRIVE-01Donated pillows stacked in a clinic waiting room at Christmas. Cluttered, cheerful, real. A phone photo from 2016 beats any render here.

Ten years of holiday pillow drives. Patients got a good pillow as a gift; their old ones went to animal shelters to line the kennels. I gave pillows away for a decade before I ever sold one.

What we are all up against

The courts have started
calling it addiction.

Nobody is arguing about whether screens are doing something to us any more. The argument has moved to a courtroom.

Head down. That is the part no lawsuit fixes.

Your mind gets the headlines.
Your neck is holding the phone.

Figures as of August 2026, from public filings in the federal multidistrict litigation over adolescent social-media harm. RESET is not a party to any of it. We build the thing that helps you undo the posture at the end of the day.

Before you decide

What we can tell you.

Lying down takes most of the load off your spine.

Roughly four fifths of it, measured inside the disc. That is the single most effective thing available to you, and it costs nothing.

The problem was never the position. It was staying in it.

People last a few minutes on an ordinary pillow and roll away. That is the one thing we built this to fix — and after a thousand fittings, it is the part I am certain about.

We are not going to promise you a cure.
We are going to give you ten minutes you will actually take.

Try it. Ten minutes a night. Decide for yourself.

Questions

The ones people ask.

Is this a medical device?

No. RESET is a general wellness product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it has no FDA clearance. We are deliberate about that line, which is why you will not find the words most products in this category use freely.

Will it fix my posture or my neck curve?

We do not claim that, and the evidence would not support it if we did. The reported changes in cervical curvature from supervised clinical traction sit close to the measurement error of the method itself, and no trial has ever tested passive nightly positioning at all. What RESET offers is a supported position that requires nothing of you.

Does it feel like a normal pillow?

Yes. It is a queen-size pillow with fabric and foam against your skin. Everything structural is buried far enough inside that you should not be able to feel any of it — if you can, the fitting was wrong and we want to hear about it.

Why is there no app and no tracking?

Because the thing that fails in conservative care is not measurement — it is adherence. Adding an app adds another thing to keep up with. Generation One is entirely mechanical on purpose. The sensing layer comes later, and only after the outcomes data tells us what is actually worth measuring.

How is it different from an ordinary contour pillow?

An internal frame, set to you at fitting, rather than a foam shape that is the same for every head and neck. And a screening record, a supervised trial and follow-up at thirty, sixty and ninety days — none of which comes with a pillow off a shelf.

Do I have to see a practitioner to get one?

For the first thousand units, yes — every one is fitted in person against a screening record. That is slower and more expensive for us, and it is the only way to build an outcomes dataset worth having.

What is it going to cost?

We are targeting $349 or less, and we are not going to pretend that is final until tooling is paid for and the first run is costed. Joining the list costs nothing, holds nothing, and obliges you to nothing — we will write to you with the real price and the real ship date before anything is sold. If the number moves, you will hear it from us rather than find it at a checkout.

What if the studies come back negative?

We publish them. Both studies are pre-registered before enrolment specifically so that we cannot decide after the fact which results to share. A company that only publishes its wins is not doing research.

Generation Two — in development

A sixty-second check.

Generation One is mechanical, on purpose. Generation Two adds a sixty-second check while you settle — pulse, breathing rate, blood oxygen. Then it stops.

It is not a sleep monitor. Measuring while you lie deliberately still is a better condition than measuring all night, not a worse one — and the head sits at heart level when you are on your back.

The other nine minutes are the turn-down service you came for.

It is not being sold, is not being reserved, and is not part of anything on this page. Generation Three — in development
